Use cases of Header Level vs Line Level
Header Level
- Used for the whole order if it is going to the Order Execution team or it is all the same Manufacturer or Publisher.
- Used for single line orders.
- Do not use for PartnerCTO or Lab Orders as SMART passes the buyer for the first line which will be those SKUs. Those SKUs are mapped the hwprocurement4@insight.com. They will get incorrectly routed. Please use Line Level submission with multi-line selection.
Line Level
- Used to submit for a single or multiple lines in an order (as long as the same Manufacturer or Publisher).
- Multi-line selection that is already available in SMART will work with FreshDesk submissions. To multi-select lines, use CTRL+Left Click.
- In multi-line orders with multi-manufacturers, use to submit a request for specific manufacturer or publisher.
- Lab or PartnerCTO orders, select the actual product you want to raise a request against.
